Tocmai vin de la avanpremiera filmul Ready Player One, iar cum obișnuiesc nu pot sa nu îmi spun părerea despre film-ul la care am fost.
Scenariul filmului Ready Player One, este bazata pe bestseller-ul science-fiction cu același nume, carte publicata în 2011 și care a câștigat mai multe premii. Deși filmul este bazat pe carte, exista câteva deviații. (vezi cartea aici)
Filmul este regizat de nimeni altul decât Steven Spielberg, iar asta e suficient pentru a transforma scenariul unui best-seller într-un film de succes. Personajele principale ale filmului nu sunt reprezentate de actori cu nume răsunătoare. Cu mici excepții actorii au jucat în filme care eu … nu le-am văzut. Totuși pe IMDB filmul apare cu un scor de 8.1, iar în primul weekend de la lansare în state a strâns undeva intre 45 și 50 milioane dolari. (suma depinde de sursa)
Filmul este plasat într-un viitor destul de sumbru, oamenii fug de realitatea dura în care trăiesc și se refugiază într-un joc video un fel de realitate virtuala dar care te lasă sa interacționezi și sa simți, sa îți faci prieteni, dușmani sau chiar sa te îndrăgostești. Personajul principal Wade Watts este un adolescent dintr-un cartier sărac din Oklahoma City, un loc în care casele sunt formate din rulote așezate unele peste altele. Intr-un astfel de loc nu e greu de crezut ca singura scăpare este sa te refugiezi într-o lume virtuala în care poți sa fi și sa arați și sa faci cam vrei tu.
Acțiunea filmului se concentrează pe goana “gunter-ilor”, de a găsi cele 3 chei ascunse în joc de către creatorul sau chiar înainte de moartea sa. Cel care găsește primul cele 3 chei va câștiga un premiu “Easter egg” iar premiul este controlul total al companiei din spatele jocului.
Acțiunea în realitatea virtuala este o combinație intre un First person shooter, accente din filmul Tron, personaje din celebrele benzi desenate japoneze Manga. Tot felul de elemente ale culturii Pop și … cam tot ce îți poate trece prin cap.
Nu pot sa nu observ asemănarea dintre OASIS (lumea virtuala din film) în care toți oamenii intrau cu o anumita obsesie și o … rețea sociala pe care toți o cam folosim Facebook.
Mi-a plăcut una din deciziile care au fost luate legate de OASIS undeva pe la sfârșitul filmului, Martea și Joia nimeni nu se putea conecta, în felul acesta oamenii pot sa își trăiască viata și în lumea reala.
Si … ma intreb oare cum ar arata lumea daca martea si joia nu ai putea sa te loghezi in Facebook. Oare cate poze cu pisici, catei, flori ai rata. Sau … ai putea sa le vezi in realitate plimbandu-te printr-un parc.
Revenind la film, acțiunea este alerta, te tine în scaun, iar dacă ești atent la mai mult scenariul filmului, dacă poți sa vezi acțiunea din spatele acțiunii, si sa îți pui întrebări ca cele de mai sus filmul este chiar bun.
Va recomand vizionarea filmului în format IMAX 3D. Vizionare Plăcută !!!
